Tai and Alexander are in the Grand Market, both looking for food but are unaware of each other.

Tai'gara was starving. Or at least that's how it felt. She hadn't eaten all day as she hadn't found any food left out. She really hated stealing from vendors but she had to eat. A noodle stand's aroma's drew her attention and she circled around the cart as she waited for her chance to take a bowl. Surely someone would leave a little unfinished that she could snatch before he cleaned up.

Alexander Canora was a common sight around Deanham. Not only was he a revered paladin of The Dragon Mother, he was also six foot seven, built like a warrior, and unimaginably handsome. Did did not wear his armor to the market today. He just walked along eating a sandehich from a deli. He and saw that someone had dropped a Trenni Silver peice. He sat his sandwhich down to pick it up. Looking at it and then around for whoever dropped it. His sandwitch sat on a booth.*

Tai'gara perked up when she saw a sandwich get set down nearby. She didn't even notice who it was that had set it down as she made herself 'exist' long enough to snatch it and then she and the sandwich were gone again. She sat down on the bench next to the man and devoured the food before looking up to see who she should find a way to thank. Her eyes grew wide as she realized who she'd stolen from. Her brother. Oh dear. She made sure to avoid him. He was her only real weakness. She'd spent weeks tailing him when she'd first escaped the witch but she still hadn't revealed herself to him. It would have hurt too much to have her own brother not remember her. She quickly rummaged around in her trinket bag and tossed her favorite rock next to the coin he was picking up, which would just suddenly appear since anything she held was contained in the same magic as her until she told it to do otherwise.

Alexander looked up and saw his sandwich was gone. He sighed. But whoever it was most likely needed it more than he did. He didn't see anyone so figured they where just good at surviving in this way. He slowly set the coin dow were the sandwich was. Leaving it for whoever stole the sandwich. So that they could buy another. He the started to leave before seeing the stone. He bent down and picked it up. Bringing it up to examine it.*

Tai'gara watched him set the coin down too but couldn't take from him a second time so she hid behind the bench a moment and watched him looking at the stone. She giggled a little and then peaked out, her need for him to see her even if he wouldn't know her was too great now. "It's a present..." Her voice was barely above a whisper as her silver eyes stared at him with a little fear. She hadn't shown herself to anyone, not fully anyway, since she'd run from the witch.

Alex turned to look at the one who spoke and gave a smile. He held the stone in his hand and his hand over his heart. He gave a shalldow bow and said "Think you. I will keep it close to my heart." He said. He inhereted his Father's kind heart. He picked up the coin again and handed it to her. "Here, this way you can by more sandwiches." He said.

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara frowned a little but took the coin and put it in her bag of trinkets. Her first gift. "Sir... Do I look familiar at all to you?" She hopped over the bench and sat there. She didn't expect him to say yes. After all she looked a lot more like her father than their mother.

[KarotheFox]

Alex shook his head. "I'm sorry, but no. Whats your name? Maybe I'll remember that." he said. Sitting down beside her. He was a very large man. He obviously didn't get his size from his father. That must have come from further up the line.*

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara watched him. "I ummm... well..." She stared at him and then down at her feet as she barely whispered her name. "Tai'gara... Canora." She expected that to make him angry, call her a liar but she wanted her family back and of all those she'd found so far, he was the only one she thought might believe her. As far as she knew her parents were both dead, her Uncle Fayron busy and Uncle Hinkiro was not a nice man.

[KarotheFox]

He blinked. "Wait... Who's your father? I only know of one man alive by that name and thats Fayron Canor. My father." he said. Hiltoski didn't call himself by his last name often so he's rarely thought of by that name Canora.*

[Feileacan]

She nibbled on her lip. "Hitoski but he... he..." She bit down hard on her lip and continued to stare at her feet. "He wouldn't have talked about me. He didn't know I existed... nobody does..." The Forgotten One. That's what she'd called herself until she'd convinced the witch to tell her the truth.

[KarotheFox]

He nodded. "I've never met Hiltoski in person. I've only heard tales and rumors." he said. "No one knows you exist?" he asked. "Where you abandoned by him?" he asked. Common thing these days.

[Feileacan]

She bit her lip. "No... my parents didn't even know they had a daughter when they were alive. Nobody knows I was born except an evil witch who took me away when I was little and used her magic to make everyone forget me..." She looked up at him. "Even you."

[KarotheFox]

Alex frowned and listened. A withc with the power to alter the memory of everyone envolved in the birh of a child? He would need to investigate this. "Who is your mother?" He asked.

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara looked up at him, and managed a small smile of pride. "Arishnel Ealasaid. Late Guardian of Dibeartach Deahman and the Great Healer. But then... you already know all that..." She bit her lip to keep from saying big brother.

[KarotheFox]

He looked at her and though for a moment befire saying "So your my half sister? And a witch made me forget you?" He asked.,

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara nodded. "Yes. I don't remember those first two years very well but I remember hoping that someone would come save me. Then the witch told me that no one was going to save someone they didn't remember. Took me another year to figure out how to escape from her. I came back Cailean but my parents were dead, you and Uncle Fayron seemed so happy. I stayed away because I didn't want to ruin that by throwing the unknown family member into the mix."

[KarotheFox]

He scratched his head. "Your father is dead? He is sure found himself in the center of a lot of rumors for a dead man. I was sure he was still alive." he said. Though, Hiltoski never seemed like the fathering type. "And Fayron is anything but happy. He den was attacked and his children where murdered. Recently. Our brothers and sisters. I can't see how you stepping back into his life could do anything but a world of good for him." she said.

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara frowned. "He's... alive?" A little bit of hope grew inside her. Of all the people in the world, she wanted her father back most of all. She hadn't heard about her Uncle's children. "I think they are my cousins... but that is horrible. He wouldn't even know who I am so why would he trust me?" For that matter, why did Alex trust her? "I want my family back... but I'm scared that most of them won't believe me so readily as you seem to have."

[KarotheFox]

"He was the last I heard." he said. He looked down at her. Alexander had an unnaturally strong sense for people. He knew she wasn't lying. He gently wrapped a strong arm around her. "Then don't just spring it on them like you did me. My father is the kindest man I've ever seen. He would take you in just for being in need. Though, I do not know the exact whereabouts of your father." he said.

[Feileacan]

Tai'gara hadn't really been touched in such a long that she almost pulled away from him. She stopped herself and leaned against him. "I didn't mean to. Just... I stole your sandwich... and then you took my present. I couldn't bare being alone anymore." Well there was Uncle Hinkiro but he was mean and scary most of the time.
